Home of Warren G Maxcy and his wife Isabelle. Mr. Maxcy was president and treasurer of the Oshkosh Water Works. Mrs. Maxcy was secretary. The home was located at 108 Church St. Morgan House is located next door at 116 Church. Congregational Church is also visible in photograph.
