Here a restaurant in Banos where they serve you cow stomach (Librillo) wich is a typical Ecuador meal. COw stomach is chewy, the taste is ok, not great, but not bad, worth trying it, but I ll probably won t ask to my grocery store to sell cow stomach^^.
